You have to hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email you’ve received from us.
We work hard to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Our payment processor is also PCI Compliant.
ORDERS
When you find a product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart. Then, you need to login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. CommerciaShop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order prior to shipment of the order.
Promotional codes and coupons are occasionally given out through our Insider emails. You can sign up to receive special promotions. You can also follow our Social Media pages for promotional codes for our followers.
Placing an item into your shopping cart does not reserve the item, and the item could sell out to other customers before you check out.
Unfortunately orders cannot be changed or cancelled after being confirmed.
Your order or item may have been cancelled if the item in your order was no longer available at the time of processing.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
We reserve the right to limit orders if inventory runs low. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
All items on the Canadian shop are displayed in Canadian currency only.
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax. Tax is based on the destination of your order and nature of the product and will be calculated at time of checkout.
You may pay for your purchase using any method identified in the checkout process and you authorize CommerciaShop to charge the applicable payment method for the Purchase Price. We accept major credit cards as well as payment options through popular payment methods such as PayPal.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise or price matching with other retailers.
SHIPPING
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in city of Thornhill, province of Ontario, Canada.
We may accept freight forwarding addresses depending on the shipping destination.
Shipping costs are based on the weight/price/size of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. All complete in-stock orders where the credit card is successfully authorized before noon Eastern Time on a business day may be shipped the same day. All other shipments will be sent the next business day.
When your order is complete, we send you a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). Just enter that number on the carrier’s website to see where your shipment is at.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Only Regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Regular priced merchandise in its original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original packaging, may be returned for refund within 7 days of the order date, plus applicable shipment time. Any items that are on sale - "SALE items", cannot be returned and refunded (No exceptions). Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
